Scaphoideus titanus (Auchenorrhyncha: Cicadellidae)-grapevine leafhopper: development and forriage only on grapevine; one generation a year; oviposits in August and September under bark of 2 year or older vines; larva hatch from mid May till mid June; has 5 larval instars; the only identified vector of grapevine yellows Flavescence dorée.
