Goals:

The aim of the course is to provide students with the basic knowledge on protein and nucleic acids structure and function.

Outcome:

Students should acquire basic understanding of relationship between the structure and function of proteins and nucleic acids. In this course the basic methods and techniques involved in purification and characterization of proteins and nucleic acids will be introduced.
