NMR 500 MHz Bruker AVANCE III

Instrument configuration:

NMR spectrometer 500 MHz, Bruker AVANCE III console, three 5 mm available probeheads: BBO, BBI, TXI, Linux operating system, Topspin program, uses standard cuvettes 5 mm, as well as 3 mm cuvettes and Shigemi cuvettes, has the possibility of heating and cooling.

Supported NMR experiments:

• 1D NMR experiments:
  ¹H, ¹³C and all spin-active nuclei, DEPT
• 2D NMR experimiments:
  COSY, NOESY, HSQC, HMBC
