Goals: |
The main goal of this course is to help students acquire the basic knowledge of enzyme kinetics and the mechanism of enzyme action and catalysis. They will also learn about the application of enzymes in biotechnology, food industry and pharmaceutical industry. Students will also learn how to solve some problems in the area of enzyme kinetics. |
