Goals:

The aim of the course is to broaden student knowledge in the field of contemporary immunochemistry.

Outcome:

A student will acquire novel knowledge of the molecular basis of modern immunology with training for independent scientific research.

Syllabus:

Lecture topics are aligned with the thematic-area of the doctoral studies or perform scientific research of the student. The basic principles of the processes that affect the functioning of the immune system: structure, identify and respond to different signals, development, growth, defense against infection, and their impact on the functioning of the organism as a whole. Hypersensitivity: mechanisms of damage. Tumor immunology. Primary and secondary immunodeficiency.
