- Sampling of river water and soils samples, determination of dissolved oxygen.
- Preparation of soil samples, acidity and conductivity in river water samples.
- Detemination of dry residue in water samples.
- Volumetric determination of hardness, alkality, permanganate number and chlorides in river water.
- Spectrophotometric determination of phosphates, sulphates and ammonia in river water.
- Acidity and humidity in soil samples.
- Preparation of water and soil samples for metal analysis.
- Determination of metals by FAAS.
- Amperometric determination by flow injection analysis.
- Preparation of standard solutions and ore and alloy analysis.
