Goals:

The main goal of this course is to introduce students to the fate of this type of pollutants in all segments of the environment, primarily in soil and water. Organic compounds have been the main source of pollution in the last 100 years and the research in the field of organic pollutants has developed into a separate scientific discipline.

Outcome:

Within this course, the student acquires the knowledge of organic pollutants and their fate in the environment, which is necessary for forming an expert in the field of environmental chemistry.
