Born on November 24, 1986 in Šabac, Serbia. Parents: Miodrag Gašić and Dragica Gašić, born Šarčević. Married with Ivana Gašić, born Milutinović. Son Vukašin, daughter Mina. Speaks Serbian and English language. Currently employed as Principal Research Fellow at the Department of plant physiology of the Institute for Biological Research "Siniša Stanković" (IBISS), National Institute of Republic of Serbia, University of Belgrade.
