Hours of instruction:

Goals:

Student will acquired basic knowledge on enzyme kinetics and mechanism of enzyme action and catalysis. Selected examples on enzyme applications in biotechnology, food industry and clinical determinations of enzyme activities will be shown.

Outcome:

Student has acquired basic knowledge and skills in enzyme kinetics and mechanism of enzyme action and catalysis.
